From my perspective it's totally fine to make negative reviews and call out scams and comment on ridiculous claims made on over-hyped sales pages by so called Gurus in the MMO niche, especially when done in an honest way, commenting on what need to be improved etc. But again, regarding the legal perspective you may contact Lawyer to understand more on this topic.
Well there are many Review channel in Youtube, They take a more as honest reviews, educational approach and based on their experience of having dealt with similar products. BUT it surely helps all the newbies to be be aware of it so to help them and save their money.
Honestly.... Do Honest Review...My perspective at this point on negative reviews.. simply staying completely away from doing reviews when we do not have product access.
OR BUY the product, throughly go through it, and if you Find the Fault, Kindly Show the Errors and Misleading Information, so in that it will help the Newbies and the Vendor to work on his own product. Is it a good way to and smartest way to clean this market. Lets do good to one another.
